Location: New York, NY Position Summary: SiriusXM is seeking an Information Technology Manager to manage and support the technology systems of a dedicated group within the SiriusXM organization. This resource will enforce all procedures regarding how problems are identified, prioritized, documented and resolved. Duties will include overseeing the daily operations of this groups end user devices, standards, policies, and platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day to day IT operations for a medium sized group. Strategically plan long term projects and initiatives. Work with departmental stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations. Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts. Keep current with the latest technologies. Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of PCs, endpoint operating systems, client hardware, software, and peripherals. Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's key users, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in information systems operations, support, or design. Requirements and General Skills: Sound understanding of end user devices configurations and solutions. Proven ability to coordinate projects across multiple departments. Proven success in managing a technology environment from end to end. Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, interact, and work with staff at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects. Ability to pay attention to details and be organized. Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person. Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Technical Skills: Exemplary IT experience in the provisioning, supporting, and maintaining of endpoint hardware and software. Demonstrated hands on experience with information technology and infrastructure. In depth knowledge of Windows and Apple OS required, including MS Office, Office 365, Azure, Dropbox, and Adobe products. ADGroup Policy, Network Print queue and TCP/IP networking. Understanding Audio/Video formats and workflows is a plus. iOS and Android support knowledge. Working knowledge of Databases, content management systems. Experience with Windows and Linux based servers. CLI management and scripting experience.
