Check and record materials transported to and from the site. Stock received items and fill customer orders to be shipped while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review load/batches delivered to verify quantity and type of material May write tickets showing quantity and type of material, truck number, job location, and time Report amount of materials transported Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant to determine and ensure meet company standards Report damages and claims to inventory control Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by other workers Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with other machinery and material handling equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Basic math skills Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Basic computer skills may be required depending on facility Ability to work in temperatures up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites  Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility   Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed   Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Use sit-down forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse Change over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flaws Document and report damages to supervisors or leads Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift  ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Work with other machinery and material handling equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in temperatures up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites  Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility  Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed  Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment Mark materials with identifying information Open boxes and other containers when necessary Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with other machinery and material handling equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)  Basic math skills   Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Ability to give voice commands in English may be required Ability to work in temperatures up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites  Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility   Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud 

Perform customer service duties such as processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling any issues on customer inquiries in a timely manner. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner Verify inbound receipts for accuracy Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner Generate customer reports per customer request (i.e. weekly, monthly late/bill reports) Coordinate availability of product and schedule for daily shifts with warehouse team Coordinate with Operations on special client requests; expediting when necessary  Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues Maintain and file documentation in organized and comprehensive way ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required   Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Why Lineage?
