Demonstrated successful experience in building and grounds maintenance and repair.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience. Ability to supervise skilled and unskilled workers in a variety of maintenance, grounds keeping, custodial.
Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator’s license required.
This position will require successful fingerprinting and the candidate chosen will be required to pay the associated fee (currently $37.25). This fingerprinting fee ($37.25) is non-refundable.

Minimum Qualifications:
(a) Four (4) years of visitor services experience (e.g. rule enforcement; interpretation such as education and environmental awareness programs; special events and activities; etc.) AND/OR maintenance experience (e.g., construction trades, landscaping)
OR
(b) A Bachelor's degree in Park and Recreation Administration, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Studies; AND One (1) year of visitor services experience (e.g., rule enforcement; interpretation such as education and environmental awareness programs; special events and activities; etc.) AND/OR maintenance experience (e.g., construction trades, landscaping)
