Job Duties/Responsibilities
A Floor Covering Installer to installs, repairs, and replaces soft and resilient floor coverings in District schools and buildings. Some of the core duties that job incumbents will perform, may require that he/she:
Inspects the condition of floor areas and notes preliminary work to be performed, such as furniture to be moved and fixtures and equipment to be disconnected.
Prepares, measures, trims, cements, installs, and stretches resilient floor coverings.
Prepares floors for installation or replacement of floor coverings by cleaning, sanding, and patching.
Removes deteriorated floor coverings.
Removes and replaces baseboards before and after a floor covering job.
Loads, unloads, and carries floor covering materials and equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency.
Experience: Completion of a recognized combination-installer apprenticeship in the floor covering trade, or five years of experience performing combination-installer duties, including conventional and glue down carpet, sheet goods, and a variety of other flat and cove floor covering materials, of which one year must have been at the journey-level.
Special: A valid California Driver License and use of an automobile.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, reach overhead, kneel, balance, push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Work for extended periods on hands and knees.
Manual dexterity and strength to install floor covering.

About the Position
The Digital Transformation Lead-Supply Chain (Lead) oversees the development, configuration, deployment, and analysis of the overall Supply Chain NetSuite solution. The Lead c ontributes to all phases of the supply chain lifecycle by collaborating with and supporting the efforts of the Supply Chain team to understand business workflows to maximize the NetSuite application by promoting, streamlining, and growing the NetSuite practice.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish deep domain expertise with Supply Chain’s processes and interdependencies within NetSuite that enable the Supply Chain team to make better business decisions, access and utilize their data, and improve their processes and workflows.
Analyze and assess Supply Chain needs, requirements, and limitations with respect to their current or prospective use of the NetSuite ERP platform to achieve efficiency gains in five areas:

About the Position
The Digital Transformation Lead-Supply Chain (Lead) oversees the development, configuration, deployment, and analysis of the overall Supply Chain NetSuite solution. The Lead c ontributes to all phases of the supply chain lifecycle by collaborating with and supporting the efforts of the Supply Chain team to understand business workflows to maximize the NetSuite application by promoting, streamlining, and growing the NetSuite practice.

Job Summary
At Koala Insulation of Redmond, we are looking for a motivated, skilled individual who is eager to develop and apply their skills in ways to make a positive impact to our communities. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and correcting spray foam issues and providing coaching to more junior installers.

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
2. Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job.
Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation.
Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and battes) and consistently performs quality checks.
3. Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
4. Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
5. Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.
Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
