The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Health Information Administrator for the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center located in Chicago, Illinois to provide professional direction of the overall health information services program to include planning, organizing, and supervising the preparation and maintenance of medical, clinical, and statistical records and reports. In accordance with state and federal laws, accrediting and regulatory agencies and facility rules and regulations, manage the overall direction and supervision of the health information operations. Serves as working supervisor.
Job Responsibilities

Maintains and updates medical records’ forms and facility’s Forms Manual. Conducts surveys, and inspection relative health information operations.
Verifies staff responds to all correspondence requests within the required time frames and assures that patient confidentiality and privacy standards are followed.
Provides communication and support to administration regarding the health information services program and serves on appointed committees.
Conducts assistance and in-service training to the facility for new or revised health information standards, HIPAA privacy revisions, or new HIM technology.
Participates in all Department of Human Services (DHS) and Chicago-Read Mental Health Center (CRMHC) mandatory training as directed or scheduled.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college and certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and (1) one year of professional experience in a health information records facility OR Requires one (1) year of professional experience in a health information records facility or requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of high school, completion of an approved medical records training program plus certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
Requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an RHIT in management of a medical records program.

On-Call Lead Floor Technician Position
The Lead Floor Technician is responsible for performing special project work that includes floor care as well as some other detailed cleaning jobs. The primary goal of this position is to provide leadership for the department along with ensuring that each job is completed to the level of expectation of Golden Standard Enterprises. Summary:

Establish and maintain appropriate staffing and budget to support operations, practitioners, clinical faculty, and student clinical education training schedules. The successful candidate will have:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Accounting with a healthcare emphasis, Nursing Management, or related healthcare/business discipline. Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-specialty group practice or medical center setting.
-A track record of success in driving business development initiatives, process improvement strategies, and patient retention programs.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in healthcare management software (EHR systems) and data analysis tools.

Working Environment

JOB PURPOSE
The Pro Audio Electronic Technician is responsible for providing service and technical repairs for a wide variety of professional audio equipment and ensuring that each unit meets Exertis|Jam Industries standards
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Pro Audio Electronics Technician must be able to provide excellent service, solve problems, motivate and be a team player. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Service and repair a wide variety of audio equipment, which includes mixers (powered & un-powered), speakers (active & passive), keyboards, midi controllers, digital audio workstation interfaces, studio outboard gear, microphones, headphones, guitar amplifiers and various styles of DJ turntables and control surfaces.
Troubleshoot equipment and perform diagnostic testing.
Must be able to accurately document diagnostic findings and repairs performed in technical terms to complete electronic work orders.
Requirements:
Previous experience repairing audio equipment at the component level.
Previous experience repairing electronic equipment at the component level.
Must be able to troubleshoot equipment, report findings and make repairs of diagnostic findings.
2-year Technical Degree preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Oracle preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Must be comfortable working autonomously with little to no supervision, and in a team environment.
Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.

Overtime and call back work is required after normal working hours and on weekends, as needed. To perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of light and commercial mechanical equipment at an institutional setting. Job Purpose
To perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of light and commercial mechanical equipment at an institutional setting. To work independently to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC auxiliary equipment, plumbing equipment related to mechanical equipment, electrical equipment such as motors, breakers and their associated controls. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems and making repairs as required.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or GED , completion of a technical training program in a maintenance trade equivalent. A minimum of two years related experience and/or training (building or equipment maintenance); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to perform manual labor and work outside in heat, humidity and inclement weather. Must be able to work in close quarters, climb ladders/stairs, enter/exit hatches, and work on rooftops. Must be able to work in areas of excessive heat/cold and lift or move furniture, objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Overtime and call back work is required after normal working hours and on weekends, as needed. May be required to be on campus prior to and immediately following all emergencies such as hurricanes, floods, etc.
