Must be proficient with all digital and analog, black and white, photographic processes including the mechanics and operation of digital and 35mm cameras, principles of digital photography, Mac operating systems, Adobe software particularly Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop, InDesign, Epson printers and Pro Kit scanners, monitor and printer calibration, and exhibition installation of 2D and 3D artwork. Minimum Requirements
Two + years of college-level training in Studio Art and extensive analog photography and digital lab experience. BA or BFA degree in Studio Art with Photography concentration preferable. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be proficient with all digital and analog, black and white, photographic processes including the mechanics and operation of digital and 35mm cameras, principles of digital photography, Mac operating systems, Adobe software particularly Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop, InDesign, Epson printers and Pro Kit scanners, monitor and printer calibration, and exhibition installation of 2D and 3D artwork. Must possess strong studio art orientation and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Studio Art faculty, undergraduate students and staff is required.
Additional Comments Regarding Position
This is a temporary position with benefits. Candidate must be willing to work a 36-hour weekly schedule consisting mostly of evening and weekend hours for the academic year, two semesters, approximately 35 weeks total. There are no lab work hours during spring, summer or winter breaks when classes are not in session. Approximate schedule: MW 5:00pm-12:00am, TR 6:00pm -12:00am, SAT or SUN 12:00pm-4:00pm+6:00-10:00pm

Job Purpose
To perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of light and commercial mechanical equipment at an institutional setting. To work independently to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC auxiliary equipment, plumbing equipment related to mechanical equipment, electrical equipment such as motors, breakers and their associated controls. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems and making repairs as required.

Researches and resolves problems using in-depth knowledge of JCSA operations and independent judgment; negotiates payment extensions or arrangements with customers; and initiates non-payment cut-offs or meter removal for broken payment plans; performs and completes analytical review of customer accounts for leak adjustments; obtains and analyzes water meter data logs to assist customer concerns related to high usage and troubleshoot potential leaks.
Responds to emergency and non-emergency service related phone calls, e-mails, and work orders from staff and inquiries from the public requiring interpretation, data research, and independent judgment in determining the appropriate response; explains policies and procedures to customers; evaluates calls for service to determine cause of problem; and dispatches appropriate crew or technician. Researches and resolves problems using in-depth knowledge of JCSA operations and independent judgment; negotiates payment extensions or arrangements with customers; and initiates non-payment cut-offs or meter removal for broken payment plans; performs and completes analytical review of customer accounts for leak adjustments; obtains and analyzes water meter data logs to assist customer concerns related to high usage and troubleshoot potential leaks.
Responds to emergency and non-emergency service related phone calls, e-mails, and work orders from staff and inquiries from the public requiring interpretation, data research, and independent judgment in determining the appropriate response; explains policies and procedures to customers; evaluates calls for service to determine cause of problem; and dispatches appropriate crew or technician. Administers JCSA Grinder Pump Maintenance Agreement program; determines potential customer eligibility, coordinates and schedules inspections by Operations field staff, issues denial letters and ensures accuracy of billing related to associated fees.
Tracks JCSA loan and connection fee payments; generates related reports, invoices and payment vouchers; initiates collection process on delinquent accounts; processes deposits and assigns appropriate general ledger account code.
(Utility Account Representative III) Determines eligibility of delinquent accounts for Commonwealth’s Debt Set Off Program and processes eligible accounts using online Virginia Department of Taxation system; places and releases property liens for eligible delinquent accounts; processes delinquent accounts through bankruptcy procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose
Maintains the grounds of a formally landscaped college campus and off campus sites (Patriot’s Point Athletic fields, Grice Marine Lab, Stono Preserve and Lockwood). Minimum Requirements

SAFE Alliance seeks a Facilities Technician for the General Operations in the Facilities department. Maintain the operational function of facilities, equipment, grounds, and vehicles, with particular attention given to SAFE's Community Shelter program. Alerts the Director of Facilities or Facilities Manager of any problems observed in a timely manner, including prompt reporting of urgent safety concerns or incidents.

Position Details:
We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, non-exempt basis for an hourly salary of $20 to $23 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at our all major SAFE Alliance Campuses in the Austin metroplex. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses with no ability for remote/hybrid work. The shift currently requires you to participate in on-call rotation once/month. You may be required to respond after normal working hours for building related emergency repairs or supervision of contractors.

Position Details:
We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, non-exempt basis for an hourly salary of $20 to $23 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at our all major SAFE Alliance Campuses in the Austin metroplex. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses with no ability for remote/hybrid work. The shift currently requires you to participate in on-call rotation once/month. You may be required to respond after normal working hours for building related emergency repairs or supervision of contractors.

Required Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) years of experience with general repairs is preferred.
HVAC Certification: Universal level is preferred.
Ability to read and write in English (preferred) or Spanish.
Basic keyboard and computer skills (e-mail, ability to work in the agency help desk ticket system).
Strong organizational abilities.
Ability to respond to any of SAFE's campuses, in-person, in the event of emergencies and in a prompt manner.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods of time, as well as be able to intermittently push, pull, or lift 50 lbs. of force.
Occasional exposure to adverse working conditions, including the performance of work in cramped and/or awkward positions, and exposure to safety hazards, loud noise, traffic, and inclement weather conditions is possible.
With reasonable accommodation, this position requires the manual dexterity to sufficiently operate tools, machinery and access heights associated with facility maintenance work.
Ability to climb ladders and perform work up to 20ft.
Responds appropriately to the cultural differences present among the organization's service population and staff.
This position requires driving. You must have a valid, State of Texas Driver's License (If in possession of an out-of-state license, obtain a State of Texas Driver's License within 90 days of beginning employment.) AND at least three (3) consecutive years of driving experience OR one (1) year of driving experience if over 27 years of age AND an acceptable driving record that covers at least the last three years of driver history.
Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check if applicable), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test, if applicable.
