Position:
The Finance Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of Finance to support accurate financial documentation and processing for the organization. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of fiscal operations and conducting bookkeeping functions, allowing Generation Hope to best serve families nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Preliminary review of bank account’s revenue and balance sheet
Working with the Development Team to ensure thank you notes for donors and funders are accurate and are sent in a timely manner
Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with Generation Hope’s policies and accepted accounting practices
Compiling compliance-related documents and receipts for grant reports
Leading the creation and execution of contracts with technical assistance clients and invoicing clients for timely payment
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, tracking grant funds, and monthly departmental budget reports for the Leadership Team
Researching and resolving outstanding donation and pledge payments
Assisting with implementing new policies and procedure to streamline accounts receivable, including reviewing and analyzing expenses to ensure efficiencies
Assisting with the monthly close and reconciliation process , the annual audit, and annual budgeting processes
Other duties as assigned

Position:
The Finance Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of Finance to support accurate financial documentation and processing for the organization. The Operations Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of New Orleans Programming to enhance Generation Hope’s internal and external effectiveness in the New Orleans area. Manage all in-kind donations for the New Orleans site, including executing the Fall and Spring Wishlist and Holiday gift campaign, w orking with in-kind donors to coordinate acceptance and drop-off of items, and ensuring that in-kind donation forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in recruiting volunteers to support New Orleans programming
Support the Director of Programming in tracking Scholar and mentor applications and required paperwork and scheduling interviews

Manage the tuition check process for all New Orleans Scholars, including making and tracking any necessary refund requests
Works with the home office Finance team to monitor New Orleans related financial pledges in the donor database
Programming
Support the execution of Scholar Program events by assisting with venue and vendor research, recruiting volunteers, ordering supplies, assisting with set-up, etc.
Manage all in-kind donations for the New Orleans site, including executing the Fall and Spring Wishlist and Holiday gift campaign, w orking with in-kind donors to coordinate acceptance and drop-off of items, and ensuring that in-kind donation forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in recruiting volunteers to support New Orleans programming
Support the Director of Programming in tracking Scholar and mentor applications and required paperwork and scheduling interviews

To qualify for this position, you should have:

An Associate’s degree in nonprofit management, finance management, finance, and or business administration or a similar degree program or a combination of training and experience

The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) MWR Coordinator shall implement and maintain an integrated recreation service program 24 hours a day/7 day a week in support of Community Services.
The aforementioned requirements are in support of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Responsibilities:
The MWR Coordinator shall provide recreational services support in the following functional areas: fitness center operations, learning resource center (LRC) operations, Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) center operations, theater operations, marketing, media center operations, and information ticket and tours (ITT).
Ensure NAF re-sale operations follow local operating instructions and policy letters for NAF operations as well as conduct inventories of all merchandise and consumables and balance all of them at the end of each shift to allow proper Resource Protection IAW established AF, AFCENT and local procedures.
Protect cash and comply with the Installation Resource Protection Program as detailed in AFMAN 34-202, Procedures for Protecting Non-Appropriated Fund Assets, and local Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) Cash Handling Operation Instruction.

The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) MWR Coordinator shall implement and maintain an integrated recreation service program 24 hours a day/7 day a week in support of Community Services.

Responsibilities:
The MWR Coordinator shall provide recreational services support in the following functional areas: fitness center operations, learning resource center (LRC) operations, Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) center operations, theater operations, marketing, media center operations, and information ticket and tours (ITT).
Ensure NAF re-sale operations follow local operating instructions and policy letters for NAF operations as well as conduct inventories of all merchandise and consumables and balance all of them at the end of each shift to allow proper Resource Protection IAW established AF, AFCENT and local procedures.
Protect cash and comply with the Installation Resource Protection Program as detailed in AFMAN 34-202, Procedures for Protecting Non-Appropriated Fund Assets, and local Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) Cash Handling Operation Instruction.
This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required.

Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to support the build of financial systems and forecasting tools for new Commercial products and services in collaboration with MSHP finance team members
Oversee quarterly reconciliations of revenue and costs for Commercial clients
Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors on an as requested basis
Serve as the face of Population Health financial enterprise and collaborate with external client Finance counterparts
Financial Reporting (10%)
Facilitate monthly meetings with department Leadership to review year-to-date financials and forecast annual expenses; provide supplemental reporting as needed in collaboration with MSHP finance team members
