Creates certificates for public and contract training classes as needed.
Responsible for ordering and tracking equipment, office supplies, and maintaining check-in and check-out documentation as needed.
Works closely with Business Office on daily bank balancing.
Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; arranging for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Works closely with other areas of college that can include other campuses, departments, and the foundation office.
Creates and maintains paper and electronic databases and records.
Coordinates materials and refreshments for activities and meetings include arranging room setup.
Partners with third-party vendors and/or sponsors to assist students with registration, gathering payment information, and disseminating credential information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Works closely with confidential information by following college policies on cybersecurity.
Creates, maintains, and manages comprehensive records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Assists with day-to-day administration of the assigned programs.
Participates in campus committees as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate in Applied Arts (AAA) or Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Graphic Design.

Demonstrated ability designing, building, and preparing various single page, multi-page, and multi-panel print publication formats for commercial printing.
Demonstrated proficiency with image acquisition, color management, color correction, retouching, extracting, layering, compositing, painting, and preparing raster imagery.
Demonstrated ability designing and mocking up websites.
Demonstrated experience in purchasing domain names, setting up web hosting accounts through a web hosting service (WHS) system, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Demonstrated ability to showcase a portfolio of work.

Leads recruitment efforts and the development and implementation of existing and future initiatives, with a focus on enrolling students in Career and Technical Education programs that utilize Competency Based Education (CBE).
Works with college and program student advisors to assist students in all aspects of academic and career planning, including program and course information, scheduling, registration, transferring, articulation and graduation requirements.
Collaborates with other department in the college to assist in success of all students.
Maintains regular contact with prospective students, students and graduates to provide, advice, guidance, and determine appropriate services to assist the individual in achieving their goals toward future education/training and/or employment.
Assists assigned students to overcome barriers to success in their chosen program and courses.
Maintains cooperative relationships with the Dean, supervisors, other faculty, the Advisory Committee, all divisions of the College, prospective employers, and the community.
Participates in campus committees as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Two years of advising, recruitment, promotions, admissions or related experience in an educational setting (Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, Academic Advising, or a related field can substitute for one year of experience).

Anticipated Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm with occasional evening hours.

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:

Hire and train new UM staff as needed.
Manage the medical group’s referral filter tool, flagging questionable referrals for further evaluation by the site medical director.
Supervise staff who are monitoring patients in emergency departments and hospitals in real time and ensuring that such patient receive appropriate follow up by clinical staff. If necessary, this may require directly contacting patients to coordinate care to minimize risk of hospital readmission.
Ensure that high utilizing patients are appropriately engaged in case management programs
Report key UM metrics at monthly agency quality meetings

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:
