A variety of moderately difficult to complex tasks are performed within generally defined procedures and are reviewed periodically for accuracy, adherence to established policies and procedures, quality and thoroughness. Work is performed under general supervision and assistance is readily available from either specialist(s) or supervisor(s). This classification is expected to function independently in daily tasks. The Office Assistant II is required to use judgment on non-routine matters. Problems are identified and solved and unusual/complex problems are referred to a supervisor or specialist. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Two years of experience, with limited task supervision, emphasizing or including intensive public contact, customer service, interpretation and explanation of regulations and involving general office work processes and use of modern office technology. In those positions requiring typing, the incumbents must, upon entry into the position, be able to type at a rate of no less than 55 words per minute. May be required to possess or obtain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction programs.
Cross Functional Work
Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.
Staff Supervision
Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.
Administration
Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Meet property and administration deadlines, respond to emails and phone calls quickly, manage tasks independently and communicate additional support when needed.
Interact with digital systems including OKTA, GSLearn, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Checkfront, Formstack, Google Drive, Zoom, Asana, Abila, Social Media tools and others.
Responsible for development of online management tools to monitor site needs.

Preferred practical training in project management, communication, sustainability, budget and operations management.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
Minium of high school degree or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 25 years of age, with 3 years of driving experience, and driving record which meets insurance requirements.
Preferred practical training in project management, communication, sustainability, budget and operations management.
Must have current or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire the following trainings/certification: CMRT certification, OSHA trainings, FEMA certification/training, First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, and Universal Standard Precautions.
FORMAL EXPERIENCE
Proven experience of a minimum of three years' project management.
Minimum of three years' experience property maintenance or similar trade experience.
Minimum of three years' supervising full time, part time or seasonal staff; with proven HR skills of hiring, training, evaluation, & termination.
Minimum of three years in construction or building related experience.
SALARY
This position pays $55,000-$65,000 per year.

What you will do! The Data Equity Business Analyst (OPA3) will work within a Data Equity team that works in partnership with HPA data analysis and reporting teams, and teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (E&I) and the Office of Information Services (OIS). Summary

The person in this position works under the supervision of a Product Line Manager to produce or help produce timely, accurate, quality reviews and approvals of building and land use development projects, including County-initiated comprehensive reviews of mining operations. Summary

The person in this position works under the supervision of a Product Line Manager to produce or help produce timely, accurate, quality reviews and approvals of building and land use development projects, including County-initiated comprehensive reviews of mining operations. Working in a collaborative manner, Engineers work with a higher degree of independence. They apply their engineering and project management experience to review a variety of permit types ranging from small site projects to complex commercial projects. This position may include review of ancillary permits such as conditional use permits, variances, adjustments, right-of-way use permits, boundary line adjustments, Plats, legal lot reviews and grading permits. This position is responsible for carefully reviewing permit application plans and technical documents, working cooperatively with others in the department and other agencies, and writing technical permit, approval documents that are concise and accurate. An essential part of the job is to work in a positively solution-oriented manner with customers, their design/engineering professionals, other members of the public, and co-workers. Some presentations to the public, and other agencies may be required on a periodic basis. Act as review engineer for assigned projects, to ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards. Inspect the construction, maintenance, and compliance of specific projects.
Participate in the review and evaluation of complicated plans and specifications, survey documents pertaining to Plat reviews and boundary line adjustments.
Be responsible for the technical quality assurance of policies, procedures and standards for assigned technical discipline.
Make presentations to community groups and the public on projects.
Plan, develop and implement survey methodology for plats, short plats, and boundary line adjustments.

Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge of engineering principles and site design such as surface water hydrology, soils, traffic, survey, and road geometrics.
Applied knowledge of a surface water design manual used by a government.
Applied knowledge of road standards used by a government.
Applied knowledge of survey standards for plats, short plats, and boundary line adjustments

We are currently seeking a (Remote) Full-Time –Logistics Coordinator located in Portland Oregon WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW The position will ensure that the physical resources (supplies and program materials) to conduct training and services for all Training Services programs are available as dictated by Red Cross program requirements. This includes ensuring that all equipment and supplies are maintained and in high quality condition. This position is responsible for adhering to all administrative activities that support policies and process. The Training Services Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and equipment process associated with approved pilots, equipment reviews/testing. The Training Services Logistics Coordinator will also coordinate with Instructor Managers, Logistics Coordinators and other key Training Services leadership to coordinate training activities. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD (Key Responsibilities): Supply Chain/Logistics : Responsible for: Managing all supply chain functions for inventory management, warehousing, and delivery. Managing the acquisition and approval/ distribution and tracking process of equipment and materials. Responsible for efficient and effective resource use, consistent delivery of course materials throughout the country. Quality Assurance : Responsible for: Ensuring equipment is clean, properly maintained and in good working order. Ensuring that all equipment safety practices are adhered to according identified requirements. Customer Service: Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service in all delivery channels to ensure the best training experience. Resource Management: Responsible for efficient and effective use of resources. Manages and implements inventory control process flows throughout the service delivery channels. Communications: Engages in regular communications with instructing personnel and Training Services team members to provide the necessary provisions for training. Business Capacity and Analytics: Responsible for: The implementation, evaluation, and reporting of logistical preparedness. The implementation of procedural operational policies. Performs other duties as assigned. •Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday Standard business hours. The salary range for this position is $21.37-$22.80 an hour. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed. The stated salary range in this posting is an average. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated experience in coordinating staff activities. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts required. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operations metrics. Work requires interpersonal skills and demonstrates professional written and verbal communication. Ability to participate in group meetings, simultaneously manage several projects and motivate teams under tight deadlines. Education or service industry experience preferred. Basic computer skills and demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office programs. Position requires the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 50 pounds. Travel: Ability to travel 10-30%. Must have reliable transportation for regional travel. Physical Requirements Depending on work assignment, the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.
