These two positions are within the Office of Behavioral Health Services, Intensive Services Unit. This unit coordinates behavioral health services for individuals in Oregon most impacted by health inequalities including, but not limited to:

The Labor Center’s student engagement and leadership training serve to educate a diverse new generation of labor leaders. Manage all aspects of Federal grants- formula, stimulus, and competitive
Review all federal grant opportunities, provide analysis and recommendations
Coordinate and submit federal budgets & budget modifications for federal grants
Work with Sr Budget Analyst to ensure federal budget or budget modifications coordinates with the officewide budget
Manage PAGE federal grant reporting system-
Prepare and submit annual budgets, budget changes & updates

LCVEF’s work to protect and advocate for the environment is rooted in our commitment to racial, social and environmental justice.
LCVEF is hiring an Institutional Giving Operations Associate Manager who will lead, manage and innovate the institutional giving operations. The Institutional Giving team, which is within the Development department, is focused on engagement with foundations and other institutional funders. Responsibilities include ensuring effective grant management working with the Finance and Legal teams, supporting preparation of grant proposals and reports, overseeing Institutional Giving data management, and facilitating the Institutional Giving team’s stewardship and engagement of institutional funders and prospects.
Responsibilities :
Maintain the Institutional Giving team’s records in the Salesforce donor database, including data entry and running reports on the team’s goals/performance and other information.
Maintain the team’s shared drive for document management and organization, including all grant agreements, submitted proposals and reports.
Oversee Institutional Giving operations processes, workflows, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy across the team, including updating or developing new systems, as needed.
Help contribute to and track the team’s racial justice and equity work and help ensure an inclusive organizational culture.

Maintain an annual engagement calendar, manage the production of funder materials in coordination with the Development marketing team, and collaborate with the events team on funder engagement through events.

The Environmental Analyst III / Ecological Restoration Specialist serves as a restoration project manager for DER’s Dam Removal Program and contributes to internal and external capacity building for DER’s habitat restoration activities. The Ecological Restoration Specialist provides programmatic support to improve dam removal best practices, build partnerships, develop technical guidance documents, and improve monitoring and evaluation of environmental outcomes to increase the pace and quality of dam removal projects across the Commonwealth. Our Leadership Development team scaled their work up last year touching close to 1,500 people across their various trainings, workshops and webinars and we need to expand our training team. Departmental Overview
The UC Berkeley Labor Center is seeking a new Senior Trainer to join our Leadership Development team. Our Leadership Development team scaled their work up last year touching close to 1,500 people across their various trainings, workshops and webinars and we need to expand our training team. The position involves designing, conducting, promoting, and supporting the Labor Center’s Leadership Development programs. Researches and assesses educational needs and interests for targeted public segments, and develops programs, materials, technology and learning approaches accordingly.
We are looking for someone who:
Has direct experience working with educators in the K-12 sector;
Has deep labor organizing experience and has developed worker leaders and organizers to build powerful campaigns that engage a super majority of workers (10 years or more);

Assist with other catalog and scheduling maintenance duties.
Communicate with faculty and units on loads and other pay variables.
Respond to faculty and unit questions that result from union contract changes.
Utilize cost projection models developed by the team’s director.
Track and assist with analysis of cost impacts from contract changes.
Explain and provide training on new business processes and procedures that result from contract changes.
Perform fiscal duties such as financial analysis and take appropriate actions based upon the analysis and interpretation of fiscal data.
Interpret financial records and reports.
Review faculty personnel action forms for accuracy and completeness.
Correct discrepancies through the preparation and submission of payroll, budget, and/or expenditure transfer documents.
Provide training or orientation to other employees regarding fiscal procedures within instruction.
Develop spreadsheet templates for tracking and monitoring data.
Recommend procedures to improve fiscal operations.
Provide union contract project support to the faculty workload team.
Provide backup support to class scheduling.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES: Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Twelve (12) quarters or nine (9) semester hours of accounting, finance, or related coursework
Experience: One (1) year of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, budgeting or related area where problem-solving was a component.
Computer: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial management systems, particularly Excel.

The initial appointment will include a 6-month probationary period and the employee will earn permanent status after successfully completing probation.
