Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) care coordination contracts will be administered to a third-party administrator (TPA), which will provide comprehensive, person-centered care for Medicaid members, including behavioral health, physical health, oral health, and Medicaid 1115 Waiver Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) services. The TPA will also include care coordination for an expanded group of members such as individuals in incarcerated settings and Substance Use Disorder 1115 Waiver beneficiaries.
MEDICAID: Clinical Care Coordination Quality Assurance Administrator. The purpose of this OPA3 position is to center Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) members in the development of statewide FFS clinical standards and FFS care coordination contract quality assurance processes. The development of these statewide FFS care coordination clinical standards will include research into current federal trends and statewide Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) clinical practices, the development of clinically based FFS care coordination Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), the development of a comprehensive complaint resolution process in partnership with the agency External Relations Division (ERD), and the development of clinical quality improvement processes through which the state can continuously improve the federally mandated standard of healthcare service for Oregonians.
This position will provide technical assistance in physical health and behavioral health claims and develop and oversee a comprehensive complaint resolution process in conjunction with partners in Client Services, Ombuds, Innovator Agents, Community Partner Outreach Program (CPOP), contractors and the Director’s Office. As the Reproductive Health Nurse Consultant , you will provide expert consultation, monitoring reviews, and technical assistance to facilitate successful implementation of RH Program requirements among a statewide network of clinical agencies. This position is responsible for leadership relevant to clinical reproductive health issues and for working collaboratively with the RH Program staff to assess and meet the needs of local programs for education, training, and on-site consultation. This position has primary responsibility for onsite clinical reviews of RH Program-certified agencies.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing clinical and programmatic support to the Reproductive Health Program team in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols, and providing clinical expertise to clinical partner organizations.
Assuring compliance with RH program requirements through a variety of monitoring and review activities, including remote and onsite clinical reviews.
Working collaboratively with the Reproductive Health Program team to assess and provide education, training, and technical support to clinics serving diverse communities.
Supporting clinics across the state that primarily serve low-income communities, youth, rural and frontier communities, LGBTQ+ communities, and Black, Indigenous, Tribal communities, and communities of color.

Most of this work may be conducted remotely at an alternate worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. However, in-state travel to conduct in-person site reviews of reproductive health agency clinics is a mandatory element of this position; typically in-person site reviews occur between 1-2 times per quarter, and last for 2-4 days depending on location. Minimum Qualifications
A Master's degree in either Nursing or Public Health and four years of recent (within the last ten years) nursing experience, which includes two years of nurse supervising, administrative, or teaching experience.

As the Reproductive Health Nurse Consultant , you will provide expert consultation, monitoring reviews, and technical assistance to facilitate successful implementation of RH Program requirements among a statewide network of clinical agencies. This position is responsible for leadership relevant to clinical reproductive health issues and for working collaboratively with the RH Program staff to assess and meet the needs of local programs for education, training, and on-site consultation. This position has primary responsibility for onsite clinical reviews of RH Program-certified agencies.

Providing clinical and programmatic support to the Reproductive Health Program team in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols, and providing clinical expertise to clinical partner organizations.

Clark County Public Works Office of the County Engineer is seeking an Office Assistant III (Customer Service Representative) to support the office’s customer service program. Public Works is responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure that our community uses every day to include county roads and parks. KEY OR TYPICAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, develops and implements strategies and programs to accomplish department goals, priorities and objectives.
Supervise staff; prioritizes, assigns and monitors work; evaluates performance; initiates and implements decisions regarding employee selection and discipline; ensures resources are available for department operations and provides staff training and cross-training.
Coordinates department resources; developing, interpreting, monitoring, adjusting and implementing policies and procedures; managing daily operations; and serving as administrative adviser to department head and/or elected official.
Represents the department at various events such as: meetings, hearings, training, and bid openings; and ensures that department goals, views and positions are presented.
Confers with elected officials, department heads, local and state officials; coordinate activities with community groups; explains and promotes programs to the general public and population served.
Evaluates department program(s); analyzes overall work load; ensures that activities are goal directed by prioritizing work assignments and adjusting resource allocation; and determines the need for additional resources or contract services.
Prepares and administers operating and capital improvement budgets; estimates revenue and approves expenditures; researches additional funding sources; and writes grant proposals.
Direct, coordinate and review the program work plan: meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities and projects; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
Participates in community outreach efforts and activities as a community partner/agent of the County as applicable to the department assigned.
