Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.

Wellness Supervisor General Duties: The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and management of mental, emotional, and social health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly wellness services for all persons, working in tandem with the health supervisor to provide whole body health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with health supervisor, assistant health supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide wellness care for all persons within camp program.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Communicate and advise staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant professional communication and partnership with caregivers regarding the mental and emotional health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support and oversight in routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring environment and space for all people.
Encourage self-care among campers and staff by communicating needs, taking breaks, utilizing rest times, mindfulness strategies, and advocating for mental, and emotional health.
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned areas.
Provide requisitions for 'wellness kit' supplies, or various resources needed.
Program Responsibilities
Provide wellness, mindfulness, 'Popsicles of Positivity', and team building programs, with a focus on self-care, positivity, kindness, empathy, and JEDI practices.
Assist with the implementation of general camp program for campers during overnight, troop day, and family camp sessions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Provide care and supervision for all cases of mental illness, emotional support, neurodivergent persons, and special considerations of campers.
At all times, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the wellness services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Accountable for assuring campers receive quality wellness health care.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Provide support to staff seeking help/assistance in areas of mental, emotional, and social health.
Aid staff when reports of child abuse/neglect are made and contacting county due to the reporting of child abuse/neglect.
Perform initial and ongoing training in mental health, wellness practices, homesickness prevention & support, behavioral and special considerations, bullying/aggressive behavior, and guidance (discipline) strategies, for the purposes of staff continued education.
Continually evaluate staff on the camp-wide mental, emotional, and social health procedures & practices.
Provide mental health first aid advice according to procedures.
Provide in-person medication administration training for staff, as needed & assigned.
Verify staff competence before assigning them health care/first aid care role. Follow up on treatment given. Monitor staff performance throughout the season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with health supervisor, assistant health supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide wellness care for all persons within camp program.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Communicate and advise staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant professional communication and partnership with caregivers regarding the mental and emotional health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support and oversight in routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring environment and space for all people.
Encourage self-care among campers and staff by communicating needs, taking breaks, utilizing rest times, mindfulness strategies, and advocating for mental, and emotional health.
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned areas.
Provide requisitions for 'wellness kit' supplies, or various resources needed.
Program Responsibilities
Provide wellness, mindfulness, 'Popsicles of Positivity', and team building programs, with a focus on self-care, positivity, kindness, empathy, and JEDI practices.
Assist with the implementation of general camp program for campers during overnight, troop day, and family camp sessions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Provide care and supervision for all cases of mental illness, emotional support, neurodivergent persons, and special considerations of campers.
At all times, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the wellness services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Accountable for assuring campers receive quality wellness health care.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Provide support to staff seeking help/assistance in areas of mental, emotional, and social health.
Aid staff when reports of child abuse/neglect are made and contacting county due to the reporting of child abuse/neglect.
Perform initial and ongoing training in mental health, wellness practices, homesickness prevention & support, behavioral and special considerations, bullying/aggressive behavior, and guidance (discipline) strategies, for the purposes of staff continued education.
Continually evaluate staff on the camp-wide mental, emotional, and social health procedures & practices.
Provide mental health first aid advice according to procedures.
Provide in-person medication administration training for staff, as needed & assigned.
Verify staff competence before assigning them health care/first aid care role. Follow up on treatment given. Monitor staff performance throughout the season.

Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Accountable for the documentation, review, and submission of all reports/situations, occurrences due to mental/emotional/social health issues.
Participate in camper and staff feedback forms as necessary for the overall camp's strategic planning.
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to staff, volunteers, and campers.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training for planning purposes, communication resolutions, and carrying out assignments.
Coordinate and communicate schedules to campers & staff as necessary.
Carry out ongoing observations to assure that goals and expectations of leadership & care are positive and appropriate.
Interact with digital systems including WorkBright, CampMinder, Office365, Slack, Instagram, & Facebook.
Follow policies, procedures, and standards set by the American Camping Association, Girl Scouts Safety Activity Checkpoints, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations.
PRIMARY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work and support plans are developed with the Executive Camp Director, director, and leadership teams in conjunction with camp strategic plan, budget, and policies.
Provide and/or support camp-wide emergency procedures during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide and/or support camp-wide health practices in conjunction with the health & assistant health supervisor.
Provide support as necessary to all operational, program, cabin leadership, and director staff.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in shared employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction programs.
Cross Functional Work
Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.
Staff Supervision
Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.

Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Wellness Supervisor General Duties: The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and management of mental, emotional, and social health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly wellness services for all persons, working in tandem with the health supervisor to provide whole body health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with health supervisor, assistant health supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide wellness care for all persons within camp program.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Communicate and advise staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant professional communication and partnership with caregivers regarding the mental and emotional health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support and oversight in routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring environment and space for all people.
Encourage self-care among campers and staff by communicating needs, taking breaks, utilizing rest times, mindfulness strategies, and advocating for mental, and emotional health.
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned areas.
Provide requisitions for 'wellness kit' supplies, or various resources needed.
Program Responsibilities
Provide wellness, mindfulness, 'Popsicles of Positivity', and team building programs, with a focus on self-care, positivity, kindness, empathy, and JEDI practices.
Assist with the implementation of general camp program for campers during overnight, troop day, and family camp sessions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Provide care and supervision for all cases of mental illness, emotional support, neurodivergent persons, and special considerations of campers.
At all times, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the wellness services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Accountable for assuring campers receive quality wellness health care.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Provide support to staff seeking help/assistance in areas of mental, emotional, and social health.
Aid staff when reports of child abuse/neglect are made and contacting county due to the reporting of child abuse/neglect.
Perform initial and ongoing training in mental health, wellness practices, homesickness prevention & support, behavioral and special considerations, bullying/aggressive behavior, and guidance (discipline) strategies, for the purposes of staff continued education.
Continually evaluate staff on the camp-wide mental, emotional, and social health procedures & practices.
Provide mental health first aid advice according to procedures.
Provide in-person medication administration training for staff, as needed & assigned.
Verify staff competence before assigning them health care/first aid care role. Follow up on treatment given. Monitor staff performance throughout the season.

Wellness Supervisor General Duties: The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and management of mental, emotional, and social health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly wellness services for all persons, working in tandem with the health supervisor to provide whole body health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. A primary function of this, and every other job at the Tomahawk Ranch, is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work with health supervisor, assistant health supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide wellness care for all persons within camp program.
Assist in the weekly and daily health screening procedures and results of all persons.
Communicate and advise staff on accommodations to provide for special medical/health/wellness considerations.
Maintain constant professional communication and partnership with caregivers regarding the mental and emotional health care and services provided to campers.
Provide support and oversight in routine and emergency health procedures in consultation with the executive camp director and in keeping with established guidelines.
Provide a comfortable, soothing, and caring environment and space for all people.
Encourage self-care among campers and staff by communicating needs, taking breaks, utilizing rest times, mindfulness strategies, and advocating for mental, and emotional health.
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned areas.
Provide requisitions for 'wellness kit' supplies, or various resources needed.
Program Responsibilities
Provide wellness, mindfulness, 'Popsicles of Positivity', and team building programs, with a focus on self-care, positivity, kindness, empathy, and JEDI practices.
Assist with the implementation of general camp program for campers during overnight, troop day, and family camp sessions.
Camper Leadership & Supervision
Provide care and supervision for all cases of mental illness, emotional support, neurodivergent persons, and special considerations of campers.
At all times, act 'in loco parentis' regarding the wellness services for all campers in overnight camp sessions.
Accountable for assuring campers receive quality wellness health care.
Support & counsel campers in daily living, camp activities, and developing peer relationships.
Staff Leadership & Supervision
Provide support to staff seeking help/assistance in areas of mental, emotional, and social health.
Aid staff when reports of child abuse/neglect are made and contacting county due to the reporting of child abuse/neglect.
Perform initial and ongoing training in mental health, wellness practices, homesickness prevention & support, behavioral and special considerations, bullying/aggressive behavior, and guidance (discipline) strategies, for the purposes of staff continued education.
Continually evaluate staff on the camp-wide mental, emotional, and social health procedures & practices.
Provide mental health first aid advice according to procedures.
Provide in-person medication administration training for staff, as needed & assigned.
Verify staff competence before assigning them health care/first aid care role. Follow up on treatment given. Monitor staff performance throughout the season.
Administration
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.
Accountable for the documentation, review, and submission of all reports/situations, occurrences due to mental/emotional/social health issues.
Participate in camper and staff feedback forms as necessary for the overall camp's strategic planning.
Respect the confidential nature of all information pertaining to staff, volunteers, and campers.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training for planning purposes, communication resolutions, and carrying out assignments.
Coordinate and communicate schedules to campers & staff as necessary.
Carry out ongoing observations to assure that goals and expectations of leadership & care are positive and appropriate.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order. This position is required to stay on-site in shared employee housing while users/campers are on property, by directive of the Executive Camp Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.

Perform Thermocouple calibration and system checks
Trouble shoot and root cause of control systems, Instruments, PLC, and electro mechanical systems
Be responsible for general building maintenance as needed/required/directed.
Assist or do instrument calibration, temperature surveys or related tasks.
Bring any unusual problem or irregularity to your supervisor.
Promote and practice safety and good housekeeping procedures.
Work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
Report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
Be responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such you will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
Trouble shoot, do analysis, and root cause failures - report solutions to prevent a repetitive failure to your supervisor or manager.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
Education – College or technical degree in industrial/electrical maintenance preferred.
Minimum one to three years’ experience in heat-treating industry and maintenance preferred.
Minimum 7 or more years in industrial maintenance
Preferred License or training certificate in instrumentation or PLC training certificate
Must have advanced experience and knowledge of electricity and electronics.
Must have experience with welding, cutting, brazing, etc.
Must have general knowledge of hydraulics and furnaces and be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Knowledge and hands on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
Must have basic maintenance or industrial tools.

In-Furrow: Mixes and applies a fertilizer and/or pesticides at planting or cultivation that is applied directly to the furrow
Spraying: Mixes and applies a fertilizer and/or pesticide to roadsides, around buildings, or other areas, which includes backpack sprayers, road sprayer, etc.
Calibration: Calibrates fertilizer and/or pesticide delivery systems, such as fertilizer delivery system on planters, seed treatment applications, or in-furrow pesticide applications
Maintenance of Equipment: Repairs and maintains all chemigation equipment, including any fabrication or installation of new equipment
Housekeeping: Cleaning and maintaining vehicles and areas such as shop area, chemical storage area, containment areas, airstrips, and compost tea area
Delivery of Pesticides: Delivers pesticides to airstrip, ground rigs, costumers, circles, etc.
Cross Training: Cross-trained on the following positions – Operator, Truck Driver, Soil Sampler, and Mix Man.
Fumigation: Oversee incoming and receiving product from inventory from our chemical storage.
