Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director of Operations, Clinical Care (DOCC) must be a proven successful clinic operations leader, a highly organized information analyst, advocate, and team leader. What you will do!
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, planning, and program support to the Child and Family Behavioral Health Director and team, in service to transformative, community-led, and community-owned initiatives and the mission, vision, values and goals of the Oregon Health Authority and the Health Systems Division.
This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing meetings, workgroups, and schedules, with focus on facilitating cohesive communication, collaboration, and decision-making. This position will provide financial support for invoices and oversee business support functions. In addition, the person will assist with monitoring progress on department business projects, involving collection, synthesis, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative information. In this capacity, the person will identify problems, support strategic planning and prioritization, and recommend more efficient administrative procedures utilizing an equity-centered lens.
The person in this position will support development of policy, standards, and procedures that deal with complex regulatory situations and can offer context and respond to questions about program activities, council process, and policy issues.
This position will also be responsible for individually leading Child and Family Behavioral Health external communications including a twice monthly newsletter and website as needed using project management skills within the prescribed scope, time frame, and quality requirements and expectations assigned by the Child and Family Behavioral Health Director.

What you will do!
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, planning, and program support to the Child and Family Behavioral Health Director and team, in service to transformative, community-led, and community-owned initiatives and the mission, vision, values and goals of the Oregon Health Authority and the Health Systems Division.

LCV is hiring a Director of Grants Management, who will be responsible for reconciling the incoming grants to the LCV family of organizations, including LCV Education Fund and LCV. Most of the grants the organization receives are subject to funder and legal restrictions, and almost all are subject to funder reporting and in some instances, additional compliance reporting. This position works closely with the Development and the Legal & Strategic Initiatives departments, as well as with Programs staff, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with VP of FP&A, Development VPs and Directors to track all incoming grants within individual grant agreement/cycle periods across fiscal year, entity and program.
Work with the Financial and Budget Analyst on grant related analytics, grant reports and Grant Financial Reports.
Partner with the development department, program team leads and the Financial and Budget Analyst on grant budgets per organization strategy.
Act as the central liaison to the program team leads around training, monitoring, tracking and support of grant allocations, grant revenue and expenses.
Partner with the Financial and Budget Analyst on developing toolkits, materials and leading training on grants management, budgeting, forecasting and other Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
Understand grant cycles, requirements, restrictions, grant agreement details, compliance requirements and coding, and monitor activity against requirements within multiple systems, tracking documents and reconciling all sources.
Understand grant restrictions and is responsible for timely releases from restriction and net asset roll forward reporting.
Responsible for grant budget to actual reporting – both internally and externally and grant modification and forecast processes for adjustments.

Enter journal entries for grant releases in our accounting system, Sage Intacct as well as indirect cost allocation.
Adhere to financial policies and month close timelines.
Ensure all records of incoming grant revenue in the accounting database are accurate.
Prepare grant analysis and tracking reports and grant budget to actual reports.
Manage grant billing, draw down and expense/balance reports for grants.
Review various schedules and feed documents around grants for major processes and projects i.e, Audit, Financial Statements, Cash Report, Balance Sheet Report, Asset Reports and IRS Reports (990, 1120-POL, etc).
Partner with the Director of Revenue to provide support and additional review of revenue deferment and recognition, revenue accruals and age trial balance and billings as related to grants.
Review funder agreements, donor list and donor giving cycles.
Assist with all grant inquiries and special requests related to grants.
Support grants process within the Budget Process and support the FP&A team around requested grant analysis as needed.
Work with the VP of FP&A to develop & manage processes for time allocation splits related to grants during the Budget process in partnership with Legal, Accounting and HR.
Assist the Legal & Strategic Initiatives Department manage the grant making process, tracking, compliance and reporting, as well as FEC and state compliance filings.
Provide consultation support to outgoing grants gifted to state affiliates and other nonprofit organizations.
Support efforts to create a departmental and organizational culture that is inclusive, respectful, and equitable across teams.

LCV is hiring a Director of Grants Management, who will be responsible for reconciling the incoming grants to the LCV family of organizations, including LCV Education Fund and LCV. Most of the grants the organization receives are subject to funder and legal restrictions, and almost all are subject to funder reporting and in some instances, additional compliance reporting. This position works closely with the Development and the Legal & Strategic Initiatives departments, as well as with Programs staff, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with VP of FP&A, Development VPs and Directors to track all incoming grants within individual grant agreement/cycle periods across fiscal year, entity and program.
Work with the Financial and Budget Analyst on grant related analytics, grant reports and Grant Financial Reports.
Partner with the development department, program team leads and the Financial and Budget Analyst on grant budgets per organization strategy.
Act as the central liaison to the program team leads around training, monitoring, tracking and support of grant allocations, grant revenue and expenses.
Partner with the Financial and Budget Analyst on developing toolkits, materials and leading training on grants management, budgeting, forecasting and other Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
Understand grant cycles, requirements, restrictions, grant agreement details, compliance requirements and coding, and monitor activity against requirements within multiple systems, tracking documents and reconciling all sources.
Understand grant restrictions and is responsible for timely releases from restriction and net asset roll forward reporting.
Responsible for grant budget to actual reporting – both internally and externally and grant modification and forecast processes for adjustments.
Understand grant types and development classifications.
Responsible for supporting documentation for grants management.
Work with the Sr. Revenue Accountant to confirm that grant revenue is received.
Report and analyze reconciliation of grant data from the Finance and Development departments. Work across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Sage Intacct and billing systems around grant revenue and expense.
Enter journal entries for grant releases in our accounting system, Sage Intacct as well as indirect cost allocation.
Adhere to financial policies and month close timelines.
Ensure all records of incoming grant revenue in the accounting database are accurate.
Prepare grant analysis and tracking reports and grant budget to actual reports.
Manage grant billing, draw down and expense/balance reports for grants.
Review various schedules and feed documents around grants for major processes and projects i.e, Audit, Financial Statements, Cash Report, Balance Sheet Report, Asset Reports and IRS Reports (990, 1120-POL, etc).
Partner with the Director of Revenue to provide support and additional review of revenue deferment and recognition, revenue accruals and age trial balance and billings as related to grants.
Review funder agreements, donor list and donor giving cycles.
Assist with all grant inquiries and special requests related to grants.
Support grants process within the Budget Process and support the FP&A team around requested grant analysis as needed.
Work with the VP of FP&A to develop & manage processes for time allocation splits related to grants during the Budget process in partnership with Legal, Accounting and HR.
Assist the Legal & Strategic Initiatives Department manage the grant making process, tracking, compliance and reporting, as well as FEC and state compliance filings.
Provide consultation support to outgoing grants gifted to state affiliates and other nonprofit organizations.
Support efforts to create a departmental and organizational culture that is inclusive, respectful, and equitable across teams.
Participate in developing and tracking progress on the department’s racial justice and equity goals. Support the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis in the preparation of reports around these racial justice and equity goals for the Senior Vice President of Finance.
Travel up to 10% of the time for staff, retreats, training, and conferences, as needed.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and/or grants management, with at least one year of grant reconciliation, grant budgeting and grant revenue and expense tracking. Understanding of GAAP Accounting and Internal Controls. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel. Experience with AR Accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and revenue or grants/contract management software. Work with the SVP of Finance, the COO and President on financial health decisions and considerations around asset management, investments, reserves and other assistance with compliance processes for the finance department to maintain accuracy and completeness of revenue and disbursements reported.
Monitor investment returns and relationship with organization’s investment brokers.
Support the development of business continuity and contingency plans.
Manage financial modeling and scenario planning.
Develop, implement, and maintain the organizational financial budgeting system and budget narrative process. Facilitate a collaborative organization-wide budget process.
Support the selection, management and migration of a new budgeting software.
Develop dashboarding capabilities for financial reporting and train staff to these resources.
Serve as a consultant and advisor to departments/programs on all financial matters.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – Minimum of 10 years experience in budget development & FP&A functions, and management of finance staff within the nonprofit sector. Understanding of GAAP Accounting and Internal Controls. Experience with financial reporting and analysis in multi- entity or complex companies . Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel. THE POSITION
This is a full-time non-exempt position. The Research Manager supports the President and Chief Counsel by overseeing research on a range of As You Sow ’s environmental and social corporate responsibility initiative. Integral to As You Sow ’s innovative approach to changing corporations to do good, this thoughtful position works with different programs and provides a great opportunity to provide in-depth data that helps to change minds. The ideal candidate has the ability to keep track of multiple topics with differing due dates, think critically, and offer innovative solutions to roadblocks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support the development of shareholder resolutions, including research and writing of resolutions, proxy memos, responses to company no-action requests.
Scheduling, tracking, and participating in company dialogues and negotiations as well as preparing research briefs on corporate climate actions.
Research and writing of reports, blogs, and press releases on topics relating to climate change and other relevant issue areas. This includes research and writing to update the Road to Zero Emissions report.
Assess company practices and disclosures (financial, governance, and sustainability).
Collaborate with faith-based investors, institutional investors, and other colleagues.
Monitor media, analyst reports, online postings, and other information sources.
Potential opportunities to speak at corporate annual meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in corporate responsibility, SRI, and ESG.
Desired knowledge on climate and sustainability
Strong interpersonal engagement and communication skills.
Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills, with competence in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Experience with project management tools a plus.
Strong administrative skills to coordinate schedules and communication threads.
Organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to act independently, communicate frequently, and ask questions when needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Range of $60,000 to $65,000. Negotiable depending upon experience.

What makes this role unique?
You will join a part of the inorganics unit at Manchester Environmental Laboratory (MEL), a highly active production lab. In this role, you will follow EPA Methods, Standard Methods, and strict QC protocol and you will operate state of the art instrumentation. As a chemist in this unit you must be detail oriented, organized, collaborative, communicate well, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. What you will do:
Perform sample digestions and chemical analysis on water, wastewater, sludge, sediment, tissue and hazardous waste samples for metals by ICP-OES and mercury by CVAA.
Perform sample digestions and chemical analysis on water samples for Hg by CVAFS.
Prepare, digest and analyze water, wastewater, sludge, sediment and hazardous waste samples for TCLP metals by ICP-OES.
Back up to primary analyst for ICPMS in prep and analyses.
May assist in the research and development of new methodology
Cross-train to backup primary nutrient analyst and general chemistry technicians in preparations and/or analyses.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience for both required and desired qualifications can be gained through various combinations of formal professional employment, educational and volunteer experience. See below for how you may qualify.
A Bachelor's degree with a major in chemistry or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours of college-level chemistry. AND Experience – Two years of experience preparing and analyzing environmental samples for Inorganic analytes (general chemistry and/or metals). OR
One year of experience preparing and analyzing environmental samples for Inorganic analytes (general chemistry and/or metals) as a Chemist 1 or higher. at the Department of Ecology Note: A Master’s degree will substitute for two years of the required experience provided a Bachelor’s degree and the required college-level chemistry has been achieved.

The Rules and Accountability section of the Governmental Relations Office is currently looking to fill a Data Analyst (Management Analyst 4) position that will be located at our Headquarters Building in Lacey, WA .
In this senior management analyst role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer feedback and satisfaction data is collected, analyzed, and used as part of Ecology’s Performance Management System. One key project is managing Ecology’s Regulated Customer Feedback contract, a survey conducted of our regulated customers. You will advise Executive Leadership and employees across the agency on how to gather feedback from our customers about their experiences interacting with Ecology. You will design feedback mechanisms, help employees analyze the results and advise on next steps and process improvements. Remarks : The Federal Reserve Board’s Technology Lab (TechLab) researches and analyzes new technologies broadly relevant to digital currencies and other payment, clearing, and settlement activities. The team conducts hands-on research to further the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems’ understanding of specific technologies, broaden technical expertise across the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve System, and support development of policy views and oversight frameworks for new payments technologies. Additionally, the team contributes to the Federal Reserve System’s fintech and digital innovations experimentation work.
TechLab Financial Institution and Policy Analysts serve as subject matter experts on a range of technology-related issues and support hands-on technology experimentation. Ideally, Analysts have both professional and academic experience in computer science, information systems, software development, or a related field. Senior Analysts help develop and implement the TechLab’s experimentation strategy, lead hands-on development of proofs of concept, write internal reports and publishable research papers, support technology policy analysis, and represent the Federal Reserve in various domestic and international groups, among other responsibilities. Senior Analysts must have strong technology development skills, writing abilities, and research experience. All TechLab Analysts must have excellent communication skills to speak effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.

Meets monthly with program staff and Vice President of Finance to review monthly project budget comparison reports.
Support Grants Accountant to accurately record grant activities including proper classification of revenue and expenses.
Closeout
Prepares grant close-out financial reports to be reviewed by program directors and the Vice President of Finance
Monitor and complete all financial closeout reporting as required by funder in collaboration with the Development team.
Other
Works closely with Vice President of Finance to identify, implement and manage a budgeting system that is easy to use for both program and accounting staff.
Trains program staff to use the budgeting system.
Supports department management in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Attends periodic project/campaign team meetings as and when necessary.
Prepares, reviews, and updates staff allocation working with program/project managers and accounting staff.
Periodically reviews staff allocation worksheets with Vice President of Finance, departmental leads and Executive Vice President & COO.
Works collaboratively with the Development staff to maintain a tracking system on all funded grants and projects (i.e., fiscal interim and final reporting due dates, proposal and application submission dates).
Prepares interim and annual financial and program reports for projects to be submitted by Development to funders.
Maintains an effective level of communication with project management and development staff.
Supports Grants Accountant during grant/project audits and annual organizational audits.

What You Will Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing grant/project and organizational budgets in a nonprofit organization.
Ability to establish and maintain effective positive relationships with staff, management, and funders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Knowledge of ERP accounting system, such as Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics GP/SL, or NetSuite
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
Fund accounting experience highly desired.
Ability to provide guidance on grants, budgets, and financial reporting to staff with a wide range of backgrounds, training, and experience.

Salary Range – $70,000 – $85,920
Office Re-opening Statement
During the Covid-19 pandemic, staff may opt in to work from the office. Most staff have chosen the option to work remotely. Through an internal working group and staff input, we are assessing how and when we will return more fully to the office. We anticipate that staff will return to the office in some capacity later this year. For now, there is no requirement to work from the office through the end of 2022.
