America Votes is currently seeking a Development & Grants Assistant to join our diverse and high performing Development & Grants team. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development & Grants Assistant serves as the backbone of department operations by ensuring all administrative processes are in place to execute the department's work. This includes, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance needs are met, assisting with contribution tracking and acknowledgement, supporting donor communication needs, and other related projects as assigned. Support Grants Manager in working with finance and legal teams to ensure grantees have submitted necessary documentation for tracking.
Provide additional support on tracking and summarizing grantee reporting for internal and external communications.

Support the productions of various donor communications including research, content collection, copy-editing, etc.
Support the executing of in-person and virtual donor briefings (including slide administration and management).
Provide dedicated administrative support for fundraising principals, to include assistance with scheduling, meeting prep, and other logistical needs.
Manage the EveryAction platform, covering all data entry and system maintenance.

Compensation
The salary for this position will be between $53,000 and $58,000 and depend upon the applicant's experience. What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. This position functions as a member of the program team and reports to the Program and Events Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program and Events Manager in program development, pre-event logistics, event execution, post-event feedback, and data reporting for partner programs.

What is a Program and Events Specialist?
Girl Scouts of Colorado partners with a variety of organizations to engage Girls Scouts in leadership development programming through the lens of STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor stewardship. The Program and Events Specialist aids in statewide program development, delivery, and logistical support for Girl Scout partner programs and events. This position functions as a member of the program team and reports to the Program and Events Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program and Events Manager in program development, pre-event logistics, event execution, post-event feedback, and data reporting for partner programs.
Deliver Girl Scout programs in-person and virtually for Girl Scouts and adult members in the Denver-Metro area, with the ability to occasionally travel to other parts of the state.
Create materials and activities to aid in the facilitation of events or programming.

What makes this role unique?
In this role you will, organize and effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks and have the opportunity to work on fast paced issues which are part of the Governor’s key priorities. Assist with time management by working closely with managers to ensure that calendars are kept up to date and accurate.

Coordinate travel arrangements and agency-required documentation for managers and staff as needed for attendance at meetings, conferences and training, both in and out-of-state.
Independently coordinate preparation, proofreading, signatures, and packaging of documents, including reports, for manager and Ecology executive management briefing and/or approval.
Complete and process internal and external correspondence, including typing, proofreading/formatting, distributing, and filing documents reflecting agency standards to ensure it is clear and concise.

Required Qualifications: Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. Job Summary
The Advancement Services Program Coordinator is the operational lead and an integral member of the energetic and collaborative Drexel University Institutional Advancement (IA) team at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (SCHC). The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team and running the office under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Development. Essential duties include but are not limited to preparing stewardship letters and emails, pulling donor reports, processing gifts, assisting with community facing events (i.e. Carnival and Reach Out & Read), handling donor inquiries, managing team files, preparing meeting collateral, serving as onsite face of the development team, maintaining the department’s operations calendar, scheduling meetings and donor visits, organizing design for SCHC focused solicitations and marketing pieces, and liaising with the central IA Advancement Services and Engagement colleagues. This position provides direct support to the Assistant Vice President, Development and will work closely with the leadership at SCHC and the Drexel IA Health Sciences team on building out a database of potential support for the Hospital.
This position retains high levels of integrity when entering and maintaining alumni, patient, and donor records across Advancement and EPIC systems; accurately processes cash-related payments and gifts received by SCHC; and responds timely and accurately to requests for information. This position will be based at SCHC with onsite working expectations 4 days a week. SCHC is a vibrant and active working environment with professional staff on-site daily.

Manage the donor database for SCHC, including biographical information, gift records, and records of contact.

The Advancement Services Program Coordinator is the operational lead and an integral member of the energetic and collaborative Drexel University Institutional Advancement (IA) team at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (SCHC). Essential Functions
Manage the donor database for SCHC, including biographical information, gift records, and records of contact.
Setup and run automatic updates.
Verify, enter, and maintain biographical information in databases from a variety of sources including surveys, mailings, address change services, email, and staff.
Accurately record gifts to the Hospital in accordance with Institutional Advancement policies and guidelines; assure gifts are applied based on the donor’s intent; proper data compliance and donor privacy protocols.

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified Administrative Services Manager C for the Basic Education, English, Communications and Humanities (BEECH) unit. The BEECH Unit consists of 3 instructional divisions including 13 departments, plus dual credit programs, Transitional Studies Support, and Limited English Proficiency. The unit employs approximately 180-200 faculty and staff. The Administrative Services Manager and direct reports can expect to work on campus Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays.
This position serves as the principal assistant to the Instructional Dean of BEECH and exercises independent judgment and delegated decision-making authority to manage and direct operations and resources. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and controlling administrative services for the unit.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Work collaboratively with Unit Dean, staff and faculty leaders, and other college departments to accomplish the work of the unit.
Provide direct administrative support for the dean.
In conjunction with the Unit Dean, facilitate fiscal management, grant and contract administration, and program planning for the unit’s $8-9M annual budget. Reconcile budgets, initiate corrections, and provide projections.
Interpret, apply, and maintain compliance with college policies and procedures, as well as state and federal rules and regulations.
Lead a team that supports the unit administrative functions including travel, purchasing, student evaluations, faculty pay, employee onboarding and separation, work orders, faculty leave, records retention, and office moves.
Supervise staff, hire, provide orientation and training, create professional development plans, conduct annual evaluations, and participate in disciplinary actions as necessary.
Oversee and manage instructional processes: set-up and track faculty evaluations, verify faculty class assignments and loads, calculate stipends and release time, assist with student complaints.
Maintain compliance with the faculty and classified staff collective bargaining agreements.
Facilitate BEECH building-related matters, space allocation, and off-site rental agreements.
Perform related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
Education and Experience : Associate’s degree AND five (5) years of progressively responsible academic office, general administrative, and/or supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s degree AND three (3) years of progressively responsible academic office, general administrative, and/or supervisory experience.
Computer Skills : proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel (advanced), Outlook, and SharePoint.
Customer Service : provide service that consistently meets or exceeds the needs of students, colleagues, and the community. Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction with the services offered by the college.
