Elon University is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Enterprise Solutions.  The Assistant Director of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for the leadership, development, and execution of strategies to support enterprise systems and data. The position has primary responsibility for the Administrative Computing team related to planning, personnel management, and project implementation. This person will also manage and centralize data for reporting and analytics and will provide direction in reporting strategies for the university to enhance institutional decision-making. This person helps manage security for data access to the ERP system and reporting tools and provides guidance regarding best practices for data retrieval, reporting, analytics, and dashboard methodologies. This position will report to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.  BS or BA degree in Computer Science or a related field, Masters preferred.  Five to seven years of increasing responsibility in the IT field.  The Assistant Director of Enterprise Solutions will lead and direct the work of all Web Technologies department staff. Encourages and assists the career development of all department staff. Excellent written and verbal (one-on-one, small group, large group) communication skills and ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment needed.
