Hope House Colorado (HHC) is hiring an assistant director (AD) who is responsible for supporting the leading of the Early Learning Center (ELC) for Hope House Colorado. Direct annual professional learning for ELC (required and based on needs of ELC), including identifying needs, scheduling, budgeting and managing presenters
Assist the DCE in the compliance and quality of the ELC to reach and maintain a Colorado Shine 5-star rating (learning environment, leadership management and administrative plans, family engagement and child health program)

In addition, salaried employees are currently gifted the week of Christmas off, to be scheduled at the discretion of their supervisor.

Assistant Health Supervisor General Duties: The Assistant Health Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the health services at Tomahawk Ranch, a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This position, in conjunction with health supervisor, provides daily, on-call, and weekly health services for all persons, working in tandem with the wellness supervisor to provide mental, emotional, and social health at camp. Additionally, this role supports the property, hospitality, operational, program, & cabin leadership team as needed as part of the Tomahawk Ranch team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the camp staff team within all aspects of camp program.
Work under the direction of the health supervisor, wellness supervisor, executive camp director, GSCO health supervisor, and camp directors to provide health care for all persons within camp program.
Work under the technical supervision of the health supervisor and a licensed physician who is on-call to provide health advice, support, and services.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Nursing Director, provide the appropriate level of coordinated health care services for patients of APLA Health & Wellness. The LVN Case Manager will coordinate with all parties involved in the care of the patient to provide effective and culturally competent care and treatment for people living with HIV and other chronic diseases. The LVN Case Manager will target people who are receiving or will receive HIV/PrEP injectables; track all request for refills, prior authorizations, and patient assistance program. Case Management:

Identifies patients that have missed appointments for their injectables to reengage them in treatment
HIV/PrEP injectables:
Collaborate with Lead Medication Enroller and Clinical RNs
Track / log medication ordered, received by each assigned clinic
Input medication inventory into eCW upon delivery of medication
Maintain and audit medication inventory regularly
