Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire an energetic, detail-oriented individual to serve as Director of Fiscal & Support Services for the Mabley Developmental Center located in Dixon, Illinois. The Director of Fiscal and Support Services will organize, plan, control, execute and evaluate the fiscal, business and service operations for the Center. Directs budget preparation and reviews and approves expenditures. Reviews and interprets budget forecasting and provides presentation of forecasting.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as Director of Fiscal and Support Services. Organizes, plans, controls, executes and evaluates the fiscal, business and service operations for the Mabley Developmental Center.
Maintains data placed into the Center’s automated budget database.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Prepares federal grants.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college.
Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible administration experience in a public or business organization.
Preferred Qualifications (in priority order)
Two (2) years of professional experience in managing a budget, including designing and developing budget reports and contracts for a public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience in maintaining financial operations for a public or private organization.
Three (3) years of professional experience utilizing automated accounting systems and financial spreadsheets.

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire an energetic, detail-oriented individual to serve as Director of Fiscal & Support Services for the Mabley Developmental Center located in Dixon, Illinois. The Director of Fiscal and Support Services will organize, plan, control, execute and evaluate the fiscal, business and service operations for the Center. Directs budget preparation and reviews and approves expenditures. Reviews and interprets budget forecasting and provides presentation of forecasting.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as Director of Fiscal and Support Services. Organizes, plans, controls, executes and evaluates the fiscal, business and service operations for the Mabley Developmental Center.
Maintains data placed into the Center’s automated budget database.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Prepares federal grants.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college.
Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible administration experience in a public or business organization.
Preferred Qualifications (in priority order)
Two (2) years of professional experience in managing a budget, including designing and developing budget reports and contracts for a public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience in maintaining financial operations for a public or private organization.
Three (3) years of professional experience utilizing automated accounting systems and financial spreadsheets.
Two (2) years of professional experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders in oral or written form ensuring detailed and critical analysis of work performed including writing complex objectives and justifications for contract establishments.
Two (2) years of professional experience ensuring policies, reporting and recordkeeping meet the requirements of State and Federal guidelines in a private or public organization.

Summary:

The Director of Operations, Clinical Care will:

Establish and maintain appropriate staffing and budget to support operations, practitioners, clinical faculty, and student clinical education training schedules. The successful candidate will have:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Accounting with a healthcare emphasis, Nursing Management, or related healthcare/business discipline. Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-specialty group practice or medical center setting.
-A track record of success in driving business development initiatives, process improvement strategies, and patient retention programs.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in healthcare management software (EHR systems) and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – Must have at least 3 years of work experience in prospect research and portfolio management with a nonprofit or campaign. Strong experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or DonorPerfect. Job Purpose
The Academic Advisor supports undergraduate students with all aspects of academic planning by promoting and encouraging self-authorship and resource utilization in support of academic success, as well as timely and informed pursuit of an academic major. This is accomplished through a one on one student-centered, individualized, technology-enhanced advising appointments, classroom instruction of EXPL 101, and the establishment of a relationship based on mutual trust with a diverse student population. Students meet with their academic advisor in a one-on-one and a classroom setting to explore their interests, discuss course options, consider majors, plan for the future, and address any academic concerns.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in liberal arts discipline, counseling or related field and the ability to be certified to teach EXPL 101 if candidate does not have a Masters degree. Two years of professional workplace experience in higher education or related field in which applicant can convey relevant transferable skills. Knowledge and understanding of FERPA regulations and its application. Working knowledge and effective utilization of Microsoft Suite products and Zoom software. Job Purpose
The Academic Advisor supports undergraduate students with all aspects of academic planning by promoting and encouraging self-authorship and resource utilization in support of academic success, as well as timely and informed pursuit of an academic major. This is accomplished through a one on one student-centered, individualized, technology-enhanced advising appointments, classroom instruction of EXPL 101, and the establishment of a relationship based on mutual trust with a diverse student population. Students meet with their academic advisor in a one-on-one and a classroom setting to explore their interests, discuss course options, consider majors, plan for the future, and address any academic concerns.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in liberal arts discipline, counseling or related field and the ability to be certified to teach EXPL 101 if candidate does not have a Masters degree. Two years of professional workplace experience in higher education or related field in which applicant can convey relevant transferable skills. Knowledge and understanding of FERPA regulations and its application. Working knowledge and effective utilization of Microsoft Suite products and Zoom software. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.

Additional Comments Regarding Position
May be required to work outside the College’s normal operating hours (8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday) during New Student Orientation and other special events. May be required to offer individual, group appointments or classroom instruction virtually. Opportunity for telecommuting one day a week after the first 12 months of employment. Physical demands include sitting, walking within the office and around campus; navigating to, from and between buildings, classroom environments and stairways, particularly during New Student Orientation. Provide quality, accurate cross-curricular academic advising and interpersonal guidance, either in-person or virtually, to first-year, transfer, and undecided students, including special populations (academically at-risk, provisional, academic warning or probation or conditionally readmitted, Summer First students and students with physical or learning disabilities), following a developmental philosophy of advising as defined by NACADA and CAS standards, providing information and assistance in identifying, developing and implementing strategies supportive of individual students’ academic and career goals. Maintain appropriate records. Work with students to develop an academic plan by exploring interests, discussing majors and course options, setting realistic goals and addressing academic concerns. Refer advisees to other campus resources as appropriate. Teach one or more sections of the EXPL 101 Pathways to College and Career Success courses each fall and spring using established student learning outcomes. This course focuses on exploring strengths, values, skills and personality and analyzes components of the academic major and career decision making processes through personal experiences, research, and self-assessments. Follow established curriculum and teaching guidelines. Maintain course materials and up-to-date gradebook in College of Charleston’s Learning Management system and meet all mid-term and final grade submissions. Students enrolled in the course will be an assigned advisee. Employees with a conferred Masters degree can teach this course. Employees with a Bachelors degree must be certified through alternative qualifications before they are eligible to teach the course.

The Tor Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization advancing human rights and freedoms by creating and deploying free and open source anonymity and privacy technologies, is seeking a Systems Administrator to be part of the Sysadmin Team.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, creative, and able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You must have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, including some who are not technical and others who are extremely technical.
This Systems Administrator will work as part of a small team responsible for managing the torproject.org servers, which, in turn, allow the Tor Project to create the software we know and love.
Work is both synchronous and asynchronous, coordinated over GitLab email, IRC, and some weekly audio/video meetings. A personal commitment to free and open source software, good communication and documentation skills, and passion for contributing to the greater good are all essential.
This is a full-time, remote position. Salary for this position will range from $80k to $90k USD (based on candidate experience) and there is voluntary opt-in salary transparency for employees and contractors. The organization is currently experimenting with a four day workweek.

Monitor performance and systems integrity
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Maintain websites templates and static site generators (e.g. Lektor, Hugo)

add and remove user accounts
use backup programs
manage shared resources (e.g., file systems snapshots, RAID arrays)
update DNS zone files
install or retire servers
Familiarity with the principles and practices of system configuration management using modern declarative tools
Experience with Git, "forges" (GitLab, GitHub), issue tracking, and "merge-request" based workflows
Ability to manage secrets in a safe and confidential way, familiarity with OpenPGP keys and verification
Ability to do minimal debugging and modification of Python programs
User experience with the Debian operating system or derivatives
Three to five years of system administration experience

large web server deployments (Apache and/or Nginx)

Experience with a 100-machine, ~100 TB of disk site, in a multi-gigabit-scale heterogeneous network, mostly hosted on bare metal and rented servers
Significant programming background in Python and/or Puppet
Academic degrees are great, but not required if you have the right experience!
