Job Description

The Digital Personal Banker SAFE Act provides a high quality service, with the aim of attracting new clients through their correct profiling, developing long-term relationships through comprehensive financial advice, the promotion and placement of financial solutions (products and services) that meet the needs of the customers, with the premise of the benefits provided by digital and self-service media.


  • Promote the growth of the Smart branch by prospecting new customers and retaining existing customers.
  • Achieve productivity objectives, while generating an extraordinary experience for the Client during the promotion and placement process with the premise of the benefits granted by digital media.
  • Proactively identify and address the financial and service needs of customers with integrated multi-product solutions, channeling them to the media, self-service or specialists when appropriate.
  • Deepen business relationships with customers through teaching and advice on the use of self-service digital media.
  • Use the technology available at the Smart branch to offer memorable customer experiences.
  • Take full responsibility for customer problems and guarantee resolution.
  • Instruct clients in different distribution channels of the bank and ensure the correct activation of the means of access to these channels.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations for financial planning before the planned or unexpected events of the clients according to their life cycle.
  • Promote and sell ethically the products and services according to the needs of the client with an emphasis on self-service and digital services.
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • 2-4 years of banking, financial and credit services experience
  • NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
  • Excellent management of digital and technological media
  • Management of banking applications and digital platforms
  • MS Office Package Management and Web Tools
