Responsibilities The staff attorney will work with our team to represent agricultural workers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. The caseload, involving a combination of impact litigation and brief service cases, consists primarily of employment, housing, health and safety, civil rights, unemployment and tax cases. The Portland Regional Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon is seeking an attorney to serve domestic and sexual violence survivors in Multnomah County. The position is a grant-funded position with the possibility of continued funding. Current funding will extend to December 2025.
