Order Selection:
Pull, pick, and stage product for agency orders using a voice picking system.
Meet the required cases per hour standard of 200CPH, with an accuracy of 99.8%.
Warehouse Organization and Equipment:
Accountable for daily warehouse and equipment organization and cleanliness.
Perform pre-shift equipment checks to ensure safe operation.
Forklift Operation:
Operate the forklift and other equipment for moving pallets and navigating tight spaces with products.
Fulfill all duties and requirements of a Warehouse Receiver or Forklift Operator.
Receive shipments and give forklift help activities as needed.
Pallet Put-away:
Ensure accurate and efficient pallet put-away by placing and scanning appropriate pallet tags.
Move pallets into the correct racking and designated locations.
Work in various areas, including the dry warehouse, coolers (40 degrees), and freezer (-15 degrees).
Pallet Drops:
Use the Warehouse Management System to scan locations and pallet tags for accurate and efficient pallet drops.

Responsibilities
The role of Museum Preparator works as a member of the Preparation & Design Team assisting with proper gallery and exhibition maintenance and repair.

Follows all applicable safety policies and procedures as outlined by the Ringling Museum and Florida State University. Troubleshoots shop equipment. Ensures cleanliness and proper maintenance of workshop and its equipment. Assists conservation with maintenance as needed.
Serves as Mount Fabrication Specialist, responsible for training staff on techniques and process related to mounts. Supervises mount-making projects and works closely with external vendors. Establishes fabrication and installation plans for all museum mounts of loaned objects and permanent collection items.
Mats and frames work on paper (photographs, drawings, prints). Performs lighting installation and maintenance in galleries. ProLift Toyota Material Handling is in search of an Operator & Safety Trainer to provide training to customer forklift (and other powered industrial vehicles) operators. The successful Trainer will maintain customer satisfaction by providing routine forklift operator certification sessions, keeping customers in compliance with OSHA regulations, and acting as a resource in all operator training matters.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Conduct operator & safety training classes, including Train the Trainer (i.e. forklift, tuggers, aerial lift, skid steer, & scissor lift) in house or at customer locations
Assure that all training tools and materials are available for scheduled classes
Assist in developing training aids as needed
Assist all ProLift locations in matters concerning operator safety
