Qualifications:
United States Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field, or certification, or equivalent work or military experience.
CompTIA Security+, or any relevant GIAC certifications
Deep knowledge of federal cybersecurity regulations and standards such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012.
Experience with security incident response plans, business interruption response plans, ability to research internal or managed cyber security platforms that integrate with the customers infrastructure.
Familiar with current cyber threats, including phishing and ransomware attacks.
Knowledgeable in the ability to upgrade systems network security, compliance standards, and data storage and back up methods.
Possess familiarity in Windows, Linux, Mac, Google cloud platform, Microsoft Entra (Azure) and AWS.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of endpoint operating systems, network hardware and software systems.
Proficiency with authentication mechanism as well as access management fundamentals.

The Programmer Analyst III provides advanced analysis and programming support for enterprise software applications and customer-facing business administrative systems for the College. Minimum Requirements

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that inspires people to explore, discover, and learn about Earth’s diverse ecosystems. A world-class facility, the Aquarium provides learning opportunities for all levels, interests, and ages. Since opening its new facility in Draper in March 2014, the Aquarium has welcomed over eight million visitors. Home to more than 4,000 animals representing 650 species, the Aquarium showcases ecosystems from around the planet including kelp forests, coral reefs, the deep ocean, Antarctic waters, Asian cloud forests, South American rain forests, and the waterways of our home state of Utah. The Rio Tinto Kennecott Plaza includes an outdoor, nine-acre space, virtual reality experience, peaceful gardens, artistic sculptures, and unique event facility. JOB SUMMARY
LLPA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee the aquarium’s business performance. The SVP of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. This position will evaluate the short- and long-term success of LLPA’s exhibits, events, and conservation efforts. The Senior Vice President of Operations will work alongside a senior leadership team to develop and execute long-term financial and strategic goals. This role will leverage procurement and community partnerships to optimize the day-to-day business practices of the aquarium. This role will also ensure daily business practices effectively contribute to long-term aquarium goals, produce maximum efficiency, and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the aquarium’s operations division
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems
Guide the development, tracking, and reporting of guest and market research to deliver actionable KPIs
Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

JOB SUMMARY
LLPA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee the aquarium’s business performance. The SVP of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. This position will evaluate the short- and long-term success of LLPA’s exhibits, events, and conservation efforts. The Senior Vice President of Operations will work alongside a senior leadership team to develop and execute long-term financial and strategic goals. This role will leverage procurement and community partnerships to optimize the day-to-day business practices of the aquarium. The Environmental Justice Engagement Coordinator is a senior position with agency-wide impact. You will lead change across the agency to build understanding, competency, and consistency in community and Tribal engagement practices. In this position, you will gain leadership and policy experience, exposure to the range of Ecology’s work, and contribute to advancing environmental justice and equity priorities. You will work with people across the agency, as well as members of the public, staff from other state agencies, the Washington Environmental Justice council and workgroup members, and Tribal representatives.

Ecology established the Office of Equity and Environmental (OEEJ) Justice in 2021. Our mission is to eliminate environmental and health disparities for communities most at risk from pollution and other environmental impacts. We achieve this through fair and just practices that support the well-being and resilience of Ecology’s workforce and everyone in Washington. What makes this role unique?
This position is the agency expert and implementation lead on the community and Tribal engagement obligations in the state Environmental Justice law ( Chapter 70A.02 RCW ). You will be responsible for strengthening the agency’s Community Engagement Plan and Tribal Consultation Framework. This includes developing and delivering supportive education materials and working with colleagues across the agency to integrate these standards and practices into agency activities. While the scope of responsibility is challenging, you will work with and have the support of colleagues within the OEEJ and across Ecology who are committed to meaningful community engagement and Tribal consultation.
What you will do:
Lead cross-program implementation of the agency Community Engagement Plan and Tribal Consultation Framework.
Lead implementation of the community compensation law that allows the agency to provide stipends to members of the public who serve on agency advisory groups.
Advise agency programs, create educational resources, and support policy development related to meaningful community engagement, Tribal consultation, and community compensation.
Develop and maintain relationships with people and groups outside of the agency to build relationships and support collaboration around agency activities.
Facilitate a cross-program network of learning and support for agency community engagement professionals.
Contribute as an OEEJ collaborative team member, and support Office responsibilities including Environmental Justice analysis, Title VI compliance, and DEIR (Diversity Equity Inclusion and Respect) organizational change.

Ecology established the Office of Equity and Environmental (OEEJ) Justice in 2021. Our mission is to eliminate environmental and health disparities for communities most at risk from pollution and other environmental impacts. We achieve this through fair and just practices that support the well-being and resilience of Ecology’s workforce and everyone in Washington. What makes this role unique?
This position is the agency expert and implementation lead on the community and Tribal engagement obligations in the state Environmental Justice law ( Chapter 70A.02 RCW ). You will be responsible for strengthening the agency’s Community Engagement Plan and Tribal Consultation Framework. This includes developing and delivering supportive education materials and working with colleagues across the agency to integrate these standards and practices into agency activities. While the scope of responsibility is challenging, you will work with and have the support of colleagues within the OEEJ and across Ecology who are committed to meaningful community engagement and Tribal consultation.
What you will do:
Lead cross-program implementation of the agency Community Engagement Plan and Tribal Consultation Framework.
Lead implementation of the community compensation law that allows the agency to provide stipends to members of the public who serve on agency advisory groups.
Advise agency programs, create educational resources, and support policy development related to meaningful community engagement, Tribal consultation, and community compensation.
Develop and maintain relationships with people and groups outside of the agency to build relationships and support collaboration around agency activities.
Facilitate a cross-program network of learning and support for agency community engagement professionals.
Contribute as an OEEJ collaborative team member, and support Office responsibilities including Environmental Justice analysis, Title VI compliance, and DEIR (Diversity Equity Inclusion and Respect) organizational change.

Working with populations or communities who are historically marginalized, communities of color, immigrants, linguistically isolated, rural, low-income, Tribal, indigenous, or who have disabilities and access needs.

Perform sample digestions and chemical analysis on water samples for Hg by CVAFS.
Prepare, digest and analyze water, wastewater, sludge, sediment and hazardous waste samples for TCLP metals by ICP-OES.
Back up to primary analyst for ICPMS in prep and analyses.
May assist in the research and development of new methodology
Cross-train to backup primary nutrient analyst and general chemistry technicians in preparations and/or analyses.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

You will help develop guidelines and identify standards that will be used by members of IT and other departments across the County to help meet our cybersecurity goals.

Help identify and implement required security changes within the infrastructure of County network, systems and applications.

Provide enterprise-wide cyber monitoring, analytics, and coordination capability.

Conduct investigations into potential cyber incidents including building documentation of findings and required remediation efforts.
Participate in incident response during cyber incidents.
Support forensic analysis and evaluate/deconstruct malware through open-source and vendor-provided tools.
Review intrusion detection signatures to identify those specific indicators that are unique to a particular exposure or zero-delay vulnerability, delivering threat and awareness/education briefings, coordination of process development, and technical writing.
Perform cybersecurity evaluations on all new software applications at the County prior to purchase.
Provides responsive, transparent support to ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct vulnerability scans and recognize vulnerabilities in security systems.
