Skilled Landscape Laborer

This is a Skilled landscape installation labor position and you are required to have 3 years in this trade. · A win win attitude*. · High School diploma · Basic math skills, reading and writing skills · A Current driver’s License, a clean driving record, no criminal record · Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees · Motivated individual who is detail oriented · Attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment · Good verbal communication skills. · Available for seasonal long hours and weekends · Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background, clients, contractors, vendors, designers, employees · Punctual and dependable · Polite and courteous · Must have the ability to work in the rain and extreme temperatures · Ability to lift, pull and push up to 125lbs, carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance · Ability to walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time. · Uphold company policy and procedure and standard of conduct at all times · Ability to follow direction · Keep equipment in good working order at all times. Blades sharp, equipment greased, lubricated, fueled… Plain and simple MAINTAINED and in good working order · Other duties as they may arise This position requires up to 50 hrs a week
