Air System Cleaning/Remediation Technician

SANAIR IAQ is an indoor environmental services company serving the Tidewater Virginia region, since 1993. We perform air system cleaning and sealing, air testing and monitoring, mold remediation, cryogenic cleaning, and other specialty cleaning and coating services. We are members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and the Indoor Air Quality Association.

Positions are open for both skilled air system cleaning technicians and those with no experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Have a Virginia Driver's License with no major moving violations within last five years
• Able to obtain federal government security clearance for facilities access
• No misdemeanor convictions within last five years
• No felony convictions within last ten years
• Must pass pre-employment physical with drug screening
• Physically able to lift 50#
• Able to work in confined spaces, from ladders and aerial platforms

Training Program

• Safety training to OSHA and Army Corps of Engineers requirements (You will obtain OSHA safety certification(s))
• Trained to perform air system cleaning to the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) industry standard. Air System Cleaning Specialists (ASCS), Ventilation System Mold Remediator (VSMR), Certified Ventilation System Inspector (CVSI) certifications are available for those who qualify after training and testing.
• Training for mold remediation will be performed to the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification). The Council-certified Microbial Remediator (CMR) certification is available for those who qualify after training and testing.
• Annual tuition reimbursement (Up to $1,500.00) with qualifying classes.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour & $ 1,000.00 sign on bonus!!!!
