A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for one-year indigent defense contracts is now available. The RFQ is for contracts for legal representation of financially-eligible persons in the following Superior Court and District Court case types: Adult and Juvenile Criminal, Therapeutic/Drug Courts, Involuntary Treatment Act/Mental Commitment and BECA cases. The deadline to submit applications is September 10th, 2020.
