PURPOSE
The Relief Overnight Residential Youth Counselor works in a collaborative environment to support unaccompanied refugee and immigrant youth ages 16-20 at New Roads, and youth experiencing homelessness ages 7-17 at Youth Haven. Relief Overnight Residential Youth Counselors work intermittently to ensure care and supervision is provided 24/7 while assisting with youths’ homework, recreation time, and meals.

Non-Bilingual starting rate of $17 per hour and Bilingual in Spanish starting rate of $17.50 per hour + $250 signing bonus*.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Relief staff can pick shifts from the available openings. Shifts are overnight, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Work is performed onsite/in-person.

*The signing bonus is a one-time bonus that must be repaid if the employee leaves their position at Friends of Youth before six months.
