Since 2015, WRI’s Climate Program has worked with partners to scale up national ambition toward the achievement of the Paris Agreement goals, with a specific focus on enhancing nationally determined contributions (NDCs) (national plans up to 2030) and developing long-term strategies (national plans up to 2050). WRI’s Climate Program continues to assist and encourage countries to increase their ambition through enhanced NDCs and long-term strategies. Job Highlight:
Reporting to the Senior Associate, you will support the research, analysis, project management, partner engagement, and outreach efforts in WRI's Climate Program, focused on raising national ambition, specifically on NDCs and long-term strategies. The work will primarily focus on actions taken in major emerging economies (Argentina, Brazil, India, and Indonesia) and other countries that play an outsized role in international forum. You will help improve understanding of national and global ambition for actions to address climate change, and use data and analysis to inform and influence national policymakers and diverse set of international climate policy stakeholders. You will also support the project manager in tracking project deliverables and reporting to the funder. What will you need:

Assisting in the maintenance and installation of computer workstations and computer-based television production and automation broadcast equipment.
Maintaining equipment stocks and inventories, reports, keeping common areas clean and organized.
Some overnight or weekend hours may be required.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.
Responsible for performing various skilled trade tasks for facility maintenance and construction programs.
Cross Functional Work
Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.
Staff Supervision
Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.
Administration
Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.
Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely, independent, and detail-oriented manner.

Preferred practical training in project management, communication, sustainability, budget and operations management.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.

Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.

Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.
Conduct regular property staff meetings to guide staff in planning and carrying out assignments.
Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.

Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.

Graphic designer creates visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite of software. Develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, flyers, brochures and web pages, social media graphics preparation and accessible document preparation.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Three years of customer service experience in a public library or related experience.
Minimum of two years experience working with children (birth through 18).
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Library Associate Certificate (LATI) or equivalent must be obtained within 2 years of hire.
Equivalent combination of relevant experience and training or education may be considered.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Work requires routine physical effort in the handling of moderately heavy materials of up to 40 pounds. Work requires standing for long periods of time and some stooping and bending. Communicate changes and updates consistently, effectively, and timely to end users.
Write monthly Data newsletters summarizing experiments, model updates, and general data team updates.
Develop and deliver practical, timely and innovative training programs and resources that demonstrably enhance productivity and deepen the skill set, functional expertise, and capabilities of the department.
Work with Data Director and Data Engineer to identify areas where staff could use additional or remedial training on procedures, thus reducing data entry problems and increasing the quality of the data.
Travel up to 10% for staff retreats, training, conferences and professional development opportunities, as needed.
Qualifications:

Develops, supervises and implements conduct training and presentations related to the student conduct process. Functioning within a matrixed organization, oversees the marketing, recruiting, selection, training, and ongoing development of the Student Standing and Appeals Committee members. Supports the selection, training and ongoing development of college conduct officers (including Residential Life Staff), and advisors. Supervises the conduct-related functions of the Residential Life Staff.
Coordinates the development, review, and revision of all rules, regulations, and procedures relating to student conduct, including Housing policies (in collaboration with the Associate Dean for Residential Life).
Chairs the CARE Team, with direct support from the Student Support Manager. Supervises functions within the Student Support and Retention office, Counseling and Psychological Services, and other offices pertaining to matters of student care, specifically cross-functional work of the CARE team.
Collaborates closely with Disability and Accessibility Resources, Equity and Compliance (Title IX) and other offices that support student accessibility and equity.
Serves as primary threat assessment leader, coordinating threat assessment. Maintains training and certification in threat and risk assessment.
Acts at the direct liaison to campus safety, Holland Police Department, Equity and Compliance office (Title IX) and various campus departments in matters related to student conduct, conflict resolution and campus safety. Assists with data collection for the annual Clery Report.
Represents the department on various divisional, university, state, regional and national committees.
Assists in the preparation and administration of the annual operating budget for student formation.
On behalf of the office of the dean of students, responds to critical student conduct concerns in coordination with campus entities, both internal and external to the College.
Belonging and First Year Experience
In collaboration with the Associate Dean of Student Life, who has direct oversight of orientation, ensures that the college maintains an integrated top-notch onboarding experience for students entering a liberal arts residential collegiate environment.
Collaborates with the Student Support and Retention Office on matters related to first year experience.
With the Student Formation Council, sustains a holistic vision for belonging, hospitality and welcome that is connected to the overall vision for student formation at Hope College and educates students toward the outcomes of Hope Forward.
Community Life and Student Leadership
Works closely with student life and other offices to create and cultivate opportunities for student leadership and service in a global society.
Collaborates with key campus partners to develop student formation-wide student leadership initiatives, collaborating with curricular partners and other partners such as Boerigter Center and Center for Leadership.
Collaborates with the VP/Dean of Students to advise Student Congress, including direct advisement of the Student Congress Appropriations Committee.
Oversees the staff in student life to continue to develop club and organization advising structures, and works to expand those structures to the Student Formation Division.
Supports the Associate Dean of Student Life in maintaining and developing a robust and effective fraternity and sorority life program and cultivate social traditions, student activities, and student engagement across the collegiate community.
Develops and implements tools to measure student engagement across the Student Formation Division and tell the story of the Hope student experience in light of Hope Forward.
General Duties
Act as Vice President for Student Formation/Dean of Students’ designee when needed.
Serve as a key member of the Student Formation Council.

Qualifications Requirements
Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field.
7-10 years professional experience in student conduct, mediation, Title IX. Experience to include resolution of complex student issues including interfacing with families and other constituents.
Demonstrated commitment to the Christian mission of Hope College, and ability to develop and enact policies, procedures and programs that reflect Hope College’s mission, virtues of public discourse and Christian Aspirations.
Supervisory experience, to include leading and developing effective training.
