Position:
Generation Hope seeks a Director of Human Resources & Administration who will serve as the head of Human Resources and a key member of the Leadership Team. They will be responsible for establishing and leading initiatives, systems, and best practices to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce with the goal of encouraging innovation, learning, and cross-cultural collaboration. The Director will also define the processes and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support Generation Hope’s strategic objectives. In addition to being a strategic thought partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Human Resources & Administration will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives as a member of the Leadership Team and will manage a team of administrative professionals who will plan and coordinate across the organization.

Position:
Generation Hope seeks an experienced, knowledgeable, and driven Events Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing an in-person and virtual events strategy that creates a consistent and values-aligned experience for all audiences across our departments. The position will spearhead and manage the organization’s annual events calendar and lead or advise on all key events from board meetings and trainings to our annual fundraiser. A cross-organizational role, the Events Manager will coordinate with team members from all departments as well as external consultants and vendors to ensure successful events that center families and create a stellar attendee experience. As a member of our Development & Communications team and a key member of our 30+ person staff, the Events Manager will be surrounded by people who care deeply about racial justice and who are bold, strategic, and committed to achieving progress toward our mission every year.
