Pharmacy Technician:

Provides customer service with identifying needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, processes purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different payment types, and resolving issues and concerns while promoting the Company's products and services.

Maintains merchandise presentation, receives and stocks merchandise and maintains the Sales Floor in Optical by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink, damages and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

Sells Optical products and services by assisting customers with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, identifying and verifying prescription information, completing and maintaining paperwork, forms, and other required documentation, collecting payments for doctor services, and performing and recording results of optometric pre-tests.

You are a good fit if you have:

Valid Optician License in good standing in the state of practice.
