Job Summary
The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) is a research-practice partnership with more than 250 colleges, universities, community colleges and systems collaborating to identify the drivers of faculty success and to implement informed changes.Each year, COACHE gathers survey and administrative data about the faculty experience; provides college leaders with analysis and visualizations comparing their faculty to peers; works with them to engage faculty in processes of organizational sensemaking and development; convenes them in communities of practice improving their leadership of the faculty enterprise; and disseminates data to scholars of the professoriate, who make new discoveries about faculty for COACHE to promote and apply.

Job-Specific Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), the Financial Associate provides financial and administrative support in the following areas:
