Counterintelligence Analyst (Level I-II) (#1965141*)

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst (Level I-II) to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Our team is looking for an exceptionally motivated self-starting Counterintelligence Analyst with a background in Counterintelligence/Security, preferably in missile defense or a related DoD field. The candidate will execute analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for the Statement of Work within their specific functional/task area. Candidate needs to have a strong background working within a large DoD contract while leading teams, missile defense intelligence, and developing/approving life-cycle products (SOPs, analytic tools, and techniques).

This position is in support of the Missile Defense Agency located at Redstone Arsenal AL.

Duties Include:

• The Counterintelligence Analyst executes analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes. The Analyst develops and/or utilizes analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities. The most qualified candidates will apply oral and written communication skills.
• Contributes to planning and implementation of large programs.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience: 1-3+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs / projects.
• Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certified for Security preferred.
• Travel: Up to 10%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret to TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields.
