Basic Function
Responsible for assisting in all activities of the athletics development/Cowboy Joe Club, development of fundraising programs and collection of gifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates the solicitation, cultivation, stewardship, and donor relations, including fund drives, for designated areas/counties.
- Coordinates all game day parking for football and basketball and assists in the priority point allocation for parking.
- Manages the Seatback Program including coordination of installation and removal. Works with Ticket Office on sales and auditing.
- Participates in Cowboy Joe Club Board of Directors meetings.
- Assists in the coordination of all fundraising activities.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
- Assists with premium seating
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of college athletic fundraising experience (internships may be included) or relatable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Higher Education setting
- 2+ years of Athletic Development Experience
