Salary Range: $5,396 - $8,292
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention section in Portland, OR is recruiting for an Evaluation Lead to provide high-level evaluation support, specifically the evaluation of program implementation and results. This position serves as the project leader for major evaluation studies for the section and will provide guidance and build capacity in evaluation design, analytical techniques, and concepts and methodologies to other project staff.

Most of this work may be performed remotely at an alternative worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. Occasional travel to attend meetings and conferences is required.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health or a related degree or any disciplines that included six-quarter units in statistics or quantitative analysis methods and procedures, and three years of research experience using computerized applications to independently gather, compile, and analyze data and prepare narrative or statistical reports. Two of the three years must have included coordinating complex research projects;

Five years of research experience using computerized applications to independently gather, compile, and analyze data and prepare narrative or statistical reports. Two of the five years must have included coordinating complex research projects.
